He specializes in large-caliper tree removal on estate properties — the type of complex, high-stakes work that requires decades of judgment about tree structure, crane positioning, and property protection. Thomas remains actively involved in the business and handles all major project assessments.

Aaron T. Roubic joined the family business full-time after growing up working alongside his father’s crews. As Co-Owner, Aaron oversees day-to-day operations, client communications, and the company’s expanding service area across Cuyahoga County.

He specializes in crane-assisted tree removal, emergency storm response, and land clearing for new construction — the services that require the most precise equipment operation and site management. Aaron is the primary point of contact for all new customer inquiries and estimates.
